    Successful Supplemental Essay Example From Our Accepted Alumni Student:

    Over the years, I gradually found myself as I explored a diversity of interests—music, languages, history—and discovered new passions through coding and my high school marketing course.

    I’m fascinated by technology—especially the ways it drives connections across cultures, in artistic projects, and more. I learned from exploring Lehigh that I can unite my computer science curiosity, built in my Girls Who Code program and AP Computer Science course, with exploration of CS-based connections in business, marketing, and more.

    I appreciate Lehigh’s emphasis on real-world applications and leadership—and its embrace for inclusion, diversity, and social consciousness with every innovation. As a Business Information Systems major, I hope to explore diverse coursework and channel my new knowledge into entrepreneurial efforts.

    I can't wait for courses like E-Business Enterprise Applications and Technology and Software Ventures, to build a strong understanding of how emerging technology can be effectively utilized in the business world, which has been revolutionized with computer-science-based innovation. Paired with courses like Strategic Management in a Global Environment, I would cultivate the values I’ve embraced through my music fellowship and internship with an international music program.

    Lehigh’s educational exploration would allow me to continue uniting passions that have shaped me.
